1. Ordering & U.S. Shipping

How fast will my order arrive?

We process and inspect all orders within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). Standard U.S. shipping takes 3–6 business days, and Expedited U.S. shipping takes 2–3 business days.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Every order of $75.00 USD or more qualifies for FREE Standard U.S. Shipping automatically at checkout. Orders under $75.00 ship for a flat rate of $6.95.

How do I track my package?

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we email you a live tracking link (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) so you can follow your shipment step-by-step to your door.

2. Sizing, Returns & Exchanges

What if my jacket, boots, or thermal gear doesn't fit?

No problem at all! We offer a 30-Day Hassle-Free Return & Exchange Policy. If you need a different size, simply email us within 30 days of delivery and we will help you exchange it quickly with zero restocking fees.

Should I size up for winter layering?

Our outer shells and winter parkas are engineered with an ergonomic regular fit designed to accommodate a mid-weight fleece or thermal base layer underneath. If you prefer wearing thick heavy-knit sweaters underneath, or if you are between measurements on our size chart, we recommend ordering one size up.

3. Technical Winter Gear Care Guide

• Zip & Fasten Before Washing: Always close main zippers, pit zips, and Velcro cuffs, and loosen drawcords before placing jackets or snow pants in the machine.
• Wash Cold on Gentle Cycle: Machine wash in cold water (30°C / 85°F) using a mild liquid detergent or technical gear wash.
• Never Use Fabric Softener or Bleach: Fabric softeners coat technical fibers and reduce breathability and DWR (Durable Water Repellent) performance.
• Drying Insulated Gear: Tumble dry on low heat (or line dry in the shade). Adding 2–3 clean wool dryer balls helps restore the loft of down and synthetic insulation.
